What's New in Version 11.1.0 – 23rd September 2026

Version 11.1.0 brings major updates 'under the hood' for a faster building experience, as well as major security upgrades, a smarter AI chatbot, powerful new tools for agencies, major domain management improvements, and a wave of behind-the-scenes speed and reliability upgrades. Here's everything that's new for you.

Redesigned Admin Navigation & Speed Improvements

• New unified navigation sidebar. The admin area now has a single, clean left-hand sidebar that brings together all your site sections and their sub-tabs in one place. No more hunting through stacked menus or horizontal bars that ran out of room — everything is logically organised and easy to find, whether you're managing one site or many.
• Faster admin performance. The admin area now handles multiple tasks more efficiently, meaning less waiting and a smoother experience as you move between sections and make changes to your site.

Smarter AI Chatbot - A Complete Overhaul

• No more page limits — your chatbot now covers your whole site. Previously, only a limited number of pages could be read per answer (only impacting larger sites). Now every page you've trained is always searchable, whether you have 20 pages or 500+. Visitors get answers from your full content, every time.
• Better, more focused answers. Instead of skimming everything at once, your chatbot now finds the two or three pages most relevant to each visitor's question and draws from those. The result is more accurate, more helpful responses.
• Faster replies. Smarter search means your chatbot can respond more quickly, giving visitors a better experience right from their first message.
• A brand-new Overview tab. Open the AI Chatbot admin and you'll land on a new Overview screen that shows everything at a glance — a step-by-step setup checklist, this week's conversations, your knowledge health, which AI provider you're connected to, and your answer rate.
• "Questions your site couldn't answer" — now visible. The Overview surfaces real questions visitors asked that your pages don't cover yet, grouped and counted. Each one is a content gap you can act on to make your chatbot even more useful.
• "Needs your attention" panel. Instantly see pages that have changed since your last training, duplicates, and pages that failed to train — each with a one-click fix so you stay on top of your chatbot's health effortlessly.
• Reorganised into six clear tabs. The chatbot admin is now structured into Overview, Knowledge, Behaviour, Appearance, Conversations, and Connection — so every setting is exactly where you'd expect it to be.
• Test your chatbot from anywhere in the admin. A new "Open test chat" button appears at the top of every tab, sliding out a private docked chat panel so you can try your bot without leaving whatever you're working on.
• Go live or offline in one click. A single switch at the top of every chatbot tab lets you take your chatbot live or bring it offline instantly — no digging through settings.
• Export your chats. Whether through a csv download, or a webhook to connect to other platforms.

Rebuilt Agency Dashboard

• A completely rebuilt agency dashboard — four powerful screens. The old agency view was a basic table of client sites. It's been rebuilt from the ground up into a proper dashboard that actually tells you what's going on with your clients, your revenue, and the parts of Limecube you're paying for.
• Your agency name is now an editable heading. Personalise your dashboard by setting your agency name right at the top — a small but meaningful touch for presenting a professional experience.
• Partner rate requests with a proper approval flow. Agencies can now request partner rates directly through the dashboard. The flow includes three automated emails, keeping everyone informed at each step of the process.

Rebuilt Add Section Panel in the Page Editor

• Browse and add sections faster than ever. The Add Section panel in the page editor has been completely rebuilt. Instead of loading a heavy live preview of every section (which was slow and resource-intensive), sections now display as clean thumbnail previews in a modern, searchable card grid.
• Search for sections by name. You can now type to search for exactly the kind of section you're looking for, rather than scrolling through category after category. Finding the right layout takes seconds.
• Dramatically faster panel loading. The old panel had to render every section at full size and scale it down — paying full page-load cost just to show thumbnails. The new panel is lightweight and snappy from the moment you open it.

Save Your Own Page Designs as Templates

• Turn any page into a reusable template. You can now save a page you've designed as a template, and it will appear alongside the built-in layouts (Default, Blog summary, Home, Blank) whenever you create a new page. Build your layout once, and reuse it as many times as you like.
• Templates are independent snapshots. Once saved, your template is its own thing — changes to the original page don't affect the template or any pages already created from it. You're always in control.
• Saved sections carry across templates and new pages. If your page includes saved sections, those travel with the template and remain linked. Update a saved section once and it updates everywhere it appears — across every page built from that template.

Limecube Marketing: send finished content straight to your site

• More of your site, updated from one place. Limecube Marketing already sends SEO improvements (meta titles, descriptions and structured data) to your site for you to approve. It can now also create blog posts and add FAQ sections, landing them on your site as drafts ready to review and publish. Content that used to mean copying, pasting and reformatting now arrives ready to go.

• Pillar pages, built from your own page template. Pillar pages are the in-depth pages that answer the big questions in your field, and they're what AI answer engines most often quote. Set up a page template once, with your header, hero, call to action and an empty content area, and tick it as available to Limecube Marketing. From then on, each finished pillar article becomes a complete new page built from that template:

  • The article's headline replaces the template's hero headline.

  • The content drops into your content area, in place.

  • Any FAQ becomes a proper FAQ section.

  • The page title, meta description, structured data and a short, clean web address are all set for you.

  • Every page arrives unpublished, so nothing goes live until you've reviewed it in the editor.

Domain Management Improvements

• WHOIS Privacy is now an add-on. It's optional add-on you can choose at checkout when registering a domain. The price is shown upfront, and privacy is only activated once payment is made, no surprises.
• Renewing domains automatically carry WHOIS Privacy forward. If you have WHOIS Privacy on a domain, it's automatically included when you renew — so your privacy protection continues without any extra steps.
• New domain verification warnings and resend option. ICANN requires domain owners to verify their contact details after registering or updating a domain — and those verification emails sometimes end up in spam. Your dashboard now shows a clear warning if your domain is awaiting verification, along with a button to resend the verification email so your domain stays active and protected.

Link Checker Improvement

• Facebook links no longer trigger false errors in the Link Checker. Facebook blocks automated checks and was previously causing your Facebook links to show as broken even when they worked perfectly. Those links are now excluded from error reporting, so your Link Checker results are accurate and free of unnecessary noise.

Performance & Reliability

• Faster, more reliable admin throughout. A range of behind-the-scenes improvements mean the admin area handles more at once, responds more quickly, and holds up better under load — so your day-to-day experience with Limecube is smoother.
• Ongoing infrastructure monitoring. We proactively monitor third-party services (including Google Maps, Google Sheets, and Google SMTP integrations) to catch any changes before they affect your site. Everything is currently stable and no action is required on your part.

Version 11.1.0 is another significant release for Limecube, touching almost every part of the product — from the way you navigate the admin, to how your chatbot serves your visitors, to the tools agencies use to manage their clients.
